Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we are here to help you.

If your purchase is not exactly what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment whenever possible.

Please make sure the item(s) you are sending back comply with the following return conditions:

>> Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
>> We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
>> We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
>> Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
>> Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
>> VINTIA ATELIER reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

RETURNS PROCESS FOR ORDERS WITHIN ROMANIA:

1.1 In your VINTIA ATELIER package you will find the RETURN FORM, please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM online.
2. Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (in case you filled it out by hand), and close the box, and tape it securely.
3. Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods. Please note that if you choose to use our Cargus shipping account, a €5 cost will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS PROCESS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

1. In your VINTIA ATELIER package you will find the RETURN FORM, please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM online.
2. Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (in case you filled it out by hand), and close the box, and tape it securely.
3. Attach your Return Label to the outside of the box. Make sure it is still visible, as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
4. Contact the DHL courier and schedule a pick-up using our DHL account written on the Return Label.
5. Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. To track the return of your order, make a note of the Waybill Number.

REFUNDS

All refunds are made within 14 business days from receiving your return.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our quality control team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
For orders within Romania, in case you chose to use our shipping company, a €5 cost will be deducted from the refund.
All international orders can be returned only by using our DHL account.
The delivery costs will be deducted from the refund and they are as follows:

EUROPE: €25
UK: £22
ASIA: €30
AUSTRALIA + ROW: €35
USA: $35

Please note that VAT and custom duties paid by the customer upon receipt of the order are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES PROCESS FOR ALL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We now offer international exchanges only for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability. Product swaps for a different item are not available.
If you’re ordering from outside Romania and wish to exchange for a different size or color of the item you originally ordered, please contact our customer care help desk to initiate the exchange process.

Please note:
>> Exchanges are subject to product availability.
>> If the exchanged item is returned again, the customer will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund. The applicable costs are:

ROMANIA: €10
EUROPE: €45
USA: $60
ASIA: €55
AUSTRALIA + ROW: €65

For orders placed in Romania, exchanges remain available and follow our standard local policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
