Shipping policy

VINTIA ATELIER ships all orders from Bucharest, Romania. We process and ship orders within 1-5 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-7 business days.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM GMT+2. Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends will be processed on Monday.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location (1-5 days for all international orders).

We ship all domestic orders with Cargus. Our customers receive their orders 1-2 business days from the moment they are shipped.

All domestic orders are free of charge.

All international orders over €350 qualify for complimentary express shipping via DHL.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by VINTIA ATELIER. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. TAXES AND DUTIES FOR EU COUNTRIES 

No taxes, duties, or VAT will be imposed on orders shipped to EU countries. VAT is included in the total price.

TAXES AND DUTIES FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Additionally, please note that Value Added Tax (VAT) will be deducted from the total amount for orders shipped outside the EU.

Please note: If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original purchase price, return shipping costs, and any customs fees already incurred. To avoid these charges, we recommend accepting the delivery and using our 14-day return policy instead. If you have questions about potential customs fees for your country, please contact us at customercare@vintiaatelier.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we are unable to ship orders to the following destinations due to international trade restrictions, carrier limitations, or customs regulations:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
