VINTIA ATELIER ships all orders from Bucharest, Romania. We process and ship orders within 1-5 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-7 business days.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM GMT+2. Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends will be processed on Monday.
We ship all domestic orders with FAN COURIER. Our customers receive their orders 1-2 business days from the moment they are shipped.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by VINTIA ATELIER. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. Please note: If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original purchase price, return shipping costs, and any customs fees already incurred. To avoid these charges, we recommend accepting the delivery and using our 14-day return policy instead.
